Preparación

Precalienta el horno a 180 ºC. Cubre la bandeja para las galletas con papel para hornear.

Coloca la crema de cacahuate, azúcar, ralladura de coco y huevo en un tazón. Mezcla muy bien hasta tener una consistencia homogénea. Pon cucharadas sobre la bandeja del horno, separadas entre sí. moldea con la parte trasera de un tenedor.

Hornea entre 6 y 8 minutos y retira del horno antes de que la base se dore. Deja enfriar 5 minutos antes de servir.
